Founded in 2010 in Bursa / Turkey, DAS RUBBER, also known as ONEFLEX, operates in the production of flexible elastomeric foam product range for the insulation of mechanical equipment. The first factory was located in Bursa Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone.

Enthusiastic and focused on business, the company has taken a rapid step towards growth to become one of the largest flexible elastomeric foam manufacturers in the region in a short time, as well as the Oneflex elastomeric foam portfolio, which has proven to be one of the most well-known and reliable brands.

Since 2015, Das Rubber has become Armacell A.Ş by combining Armacell's worldwide solid experience, technical knowledge and application skills with local dynamism and passion. In the same year, the factory was moved to Bursa Production Facilities Kestel, which utilizes the latest technology, where Armacell's unique production quality system is integrated and closely monitored.

Armacell is a world leader in the production of flexible insulation foams for the equipment insulation market and a leading supplier of engineered foams. Products around the leading brand ArmaFlex reduce the energy loss of mechanical equipment, provide effective sound protection and minimize the risk of corrosion under insulation.

The company, which has approximately 3,000 employees and 23 production facilities in 15 countries, achieved net sales of 591 million Euros and an adjusted EBITDA of 120 million Euros in 2020. Armacell manufactures at three sites in Germany, two in Münster and one in Friesenhofen (Allgäu), one of the largest production facilities in the world with 560 employees.

The company operates in two main businesses: Advanced Insulation develops flexible insulation foam products for use in the insulation of technical equipment. Among the applications; Heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing are located in process lines in the industry and transportation sector, residential buildings and public buildings. Engineered Foams develops technical foams for use in a wide range of end markets such as transportation and transportation, automotive, wind energy, sports and construction.
