History

Our company, whose foundations were laid by our founder Haydar BOZ in Uşak, Karahallı district in 1953, has been operating in the field of “insulation” for more than half a century. While the main interest of our company on the earlier days of its foundation had been the production of “cotton canvas”, which was a material significantly used in waterproofing, our product range had expanded rapidly thanks to the innovative personality of our founder.

Challenging market conditions and increasing demand led to relocating in Ankara in 1955. In 1960s, along with the technological developments, our company aquired the dealearships of T.P.A.O., Cam Elyaf AŞ and İzocam A.İ. With T.P.A.O. dealership our company started to trade and produce “asphalt”, another significant material in waterproofing, while latter dealerships started the trade and production of the materials of sound and thermal insulation.

Our entrepreneur traits that we have inherited from our founder made us produce the materials that the market demands, and to import the ones that are not economical to produce. Cost reduction was achieved through the manufacture and imports of materials such as "polystyrene foam, bituminous cardboard, glass tulle, ready mastic asphalt, rubber-based joint filler" which could only be produced by very few companies at that time. In this way, a great contribution was made to the development of "insulation awareness" which had just started to form in our country.

Naturally, all of these efforts have enabled us to gain a prominent place in the developing insulation industry.

Carrying its half a century of experience to 2000s, our company aims to return to its identity as a manufacturer, which it abandoned in the early 1990s due to adverse market conditions and unfair competition. Contributing to the spread of insulation awareness in our country and to the solution of the industry’s trained personnel problem are among our near-future goals.
