Organizational Management

As the HAYDAR BOZ YALITIM family, our Board of Directors consists of our second and third generation representatives.

In addition to our Board of Directors, our Disciplinary Board works actively with the participation of our Executive Board, the aforementioned members and, when necessary, our Human Resources department, with the equal representation of our professional managers.

Following the teachings of our Founding President Haydar Boz, our family adopts a model where all of the members can express their opinions freely, and where important decisions are made in the light of reason. Each member contributes to our growth through the different educational background and areas of experience they have.

Uğur Boz

Chairman of the Board

After graduating from TED Ankara College in 1982, Uğur Boz studied Finance at Gazi University.

Serving as the Chairman of the Board of Haydar Boz Yalıtım, Boz is also an education investor. Uğur Boz, who is a Board Member of TED Atakent College, which has two campuses in İstanbul, is also the former president of the College Graduated Businesspeople Association (KID).

Boz, who started commercial life with his brother in the early 1980s, took over the company with his brother after the loss of their father, Haydar Boz, in 1996. Uğur Boz has academic interests in 'Ahi-Order and Ethical Trade'. He also mentors young entrepreneurs. Boz has a good command of English and attended several symposiums as a speaker.

Burak Boz

General Manager

Born in 1992 in Ankara, Burak Boz completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara University Development Foundation School and his high school education at TED Ankara College. In 2010, to pursue his goals in family business, he left his education at TOBB University Computer Engineering Department in his first year and began his studies in Information Management at Bilkent University, and completed his degree successfully in 2015.

Since 2015, Burak Boz has worked in all departments in Haydar Boz, including business development, and has taken over the management as of 2020.

Aware of the importance of personal development, Burak Boz is fluent in English and has several hobbies including skiing, from which he earned 4th place in Turkish Skiing Championship in 2008.
