Application Instructions
Surface Preparation
The surface to be applied must be clean, dry and sound. Oil, dirt, curing compounds and loose particles must be completely removed.
Mechanical surface preparation methods such as grinding or shot blasting should be preferred.
For absorbent concrete surfaces, the use of FİXA REPOX PRIMER before application is recommended.
Mixing Preparation
Component B is completely poured into Component A.
The mixture should be mixed with a low-speed mixer for approximately 3 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
The prepared mixture should be used within approximately 30–40 minutes.
Application
The prepared material is applied evenly on the floor using a roller or notched trowel.
The orange peel texture formed on the surface can be adjusted according to the roller application direction.
It is recommended to wait at least 12 hours and maximum 48 hours between coats.
