FİXA PERFIX is a white cement-based insulation plaster enhanced with perlite and special fillers, designed to provide both thermal and acoustic insulation. Application Steps

Surface Preparation

The substrate must be clean, sound, dry, and free from dust. Oil, paint residues, and loose particles must be removed before application.

Mortar Preparation

Mix 25 kg of product with 6.5–7.5 liters of water using a low-speed mixer for 4–5 minutes. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then remix briefly before application.

Application

Apply with a trowel or plaster spraying machine at a thickness of 1–3 cm per layer. Additional layers should be applied only after the previous layer has set. Level the surface using a straightedge or trowel.

Curing

In environments with a risk of rapid drying, lightly moisten the surface within the first 24 hours. Protect the application from direct sunlight, strong winds, and frost.

Waiting Time

Allow at least 7 days before applying paint or decorative coatings.
