Application Steps
Surface Preparation
The substrate must be sound, clean, and free from dust, oil, and loose particles. Absorbent surfaces should be lightly dampened before application. On low-absorbency concrete surfaces, an adhesion-promoting primer is recommended.
Mortar Preparation
Mix 25 kg of product with 5.5–6.5 liters of water using a low-speed mixer for 3–4 minutes. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then remix briefly before application.
Application
Apply with a steel trowel or plastering trowel at a thickness of 10–30 mm per coat. Additional coats should only be applied after the previous coat has set. Level the surface using a straightedge or trowel to achieve a smooth finish.
Curing
To prevent rapid drying, lightly moisten the surface within the first 24 hours after application. Protect the plaster from direct sunlight, strong winds, and frost.
Waiting Time
Allow at least 7 days before applying paint or decorative coatings.
