Application Steps

Surface Preparation

The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, and free from loose particles. Highly absorbent surfaces should be lightly dampened before application.

Mortar Preparation

Mix 25 kg of product with 5.5–6.5 liters of water using a low-speed mixer for 3–4 minutes. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then remix briefly before application.

Application

The plaster can be applied either by spray machine or manually. Recommended application thickness is 10–30 mm per coat. Additional coats should only be applied after the previous coat has set.

Curing

Rapid drying should be avoided. If necessary, lightly moisten the surface within the first 24 hours after application. Protect the plaster from direct sunlight, strong winds, and frost.

Waiting Time

Allow at least 7 days before applying paint or decorative coatings.
