Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

Application surfaces must be clean, dry, and structurally sound. Remove dust, oil, and any contaminants that could reduce adhesion.

AAC blocks may be lightly dampened before application, but standing water should not remain on the surface.

Mixing

Mix 25 kg of powder with 6.0–6.5 liters of clean water.

Blend using a low-speed mixer for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free mortar is obtained.

Allow the mixture to rest for 2–3 minutes, then remix briefly before use.

Application

Apply the prepared mortar using a steel trowel or notched trowel.

Place AAC blocks onto the mortar bed and align them using a rubber mallet.

Recommended joint thickness is 3–5 mm.

Blocks should be positioned within approximately 10 minutes after the mortar has been applied.

Cleaning

Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use.

Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
