Application Instructions
1. Surface Preparation
- Surfaces must be clean, sound, and dry.
- Remove dust, oil, grease, and any contaminants that may reduce adhesion.
- If necessary, lightly dampen highly absorbent surfaces without leaving standing water.
2. Mixing
- Mix one 25 kg bag with 6.0–6.5 liters of clean water.
- Blend using a low-speed mixer for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
- Let the mixture rest for 2–3 minutes, then remix briefly before application.
3. Application
- Apply the prepared mortar using a steel trowel or notched trowel.
- Position bricks or pumice blocks carefully and align them with a rubber mallet if necessary.
- Recommended joint thickness is 5–10 mm.
- Use the prepared mortar within 2 hours.
4. Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Application Recommendations
- Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C.
- Protect freshly applied mortar from water, frost, and impact for at least 24 hours.
- Do not add any additives other than clean water.
- Avoid application under direct sunlight, strong winds, or extremely hot conditions.
