Application Instructions
1. Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, grease, paint residues, or any materials that could reduce adhesion.
- If necessary, roughen smooth surfaces to improve bonding performance.
2. Mixing
- Mix one 25 kg bag with 6.0–6.5 liters of clean water.
- Blend using a low-speed mixer for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free mortar is obtained.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 2–3 minutes, then remix briefly before application.
3. Application
- Apply the adhesive evenly using a notched steel trowel.
- Tiles should be installed within 30 minutes after spreading the adhesive.
- Ensure full adhesive coverage on the back of each tile for maximum bonding performance.
4. Grouting
- Floor applications: Grout after approximately 24 hours.
- Wall applications: Grout after approximately 48 hours.
