Application Instructions
1. Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, grease, paint residues, or any contaminants that may reduce adhesion.
- Highly absorbent substrates may be lightly dampened before application.
2. Mixing
- Mix one 25 kg bag with 6.0–6.5 liters of clean water using a low-speed mixer.
- Mix for 3–5 minutes until homogeneous.
- Let the mixture rest for approximately 2 minutes, then remix briefly before application.
3. Application
- Spread the adhesive evenly using a notched steel trowel.
- Tiles should be installed within 30 minutes before a surface skin forms.
- Ensure full adhesive coverage on the back of each tile for maximum bonding performance.
4. Grouting
- Floor applications: Grout after approximately 24 hours.
- Wall applications: Grout after approximately 48 hours.
Application Recommendations
- Do not apply below +5°C.
- Avoid installation under direct sunlight, freezing conditions, or strong winds.
- Lightly dampen highly absorbent substrates before application when necessary.
- Protect the installed surface from water and impact for at least 24 hours.
- Do not add any additives other than clean water.
