FİXA® Rapid-Setting Tile and Ceramic Adhesive is a cement-based, polymer-modified professional adhesive that delivers high performance for ceramic and natural stone projects requiring rapid installation. Classified as C1FT according to EN 12004-1, it offers fast setting, a non-slip formula, and high stability. It can be safely used in both interior and exterior applications.

Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be fully cured.
- Remove dust, dirt, oil, silicone, detergent residues, paint, and form-release agents.
- Damaged substrates should be repaired with FİXA Repair Mortar at least 24 hours before application.
- The substrate should be slightly damp.
- Primer should be used on highly absorbent surfaces.
- FİXA waterproofing products should be used in wet areas.
Mortar Preparation
- 25 kg powder → 6.5–6.75 liters of clean water
- Mix with a low-speed mixer until a lump-free consistency is achieved.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 2–3 minutes, then remix for another 1–2 minutes.
- Pot life: 25–30 minutes
Application Instructions
- First apply a thin contact layer to the substrate.
- Comb the adhesive using an appropriate notched trowel.
- At least 80% of the back of the tile must be in contact with the adhesive.
- Double-sided (back-buttering) application can be used when necessary.
- Secure the tiles firmly using a rubber mallet.
- AQUALATEX additive is recommended for exterior applications.
- Complete the installation using FİXA grout while maintaining appropriate grout joints.
Consumption
Average: 4–6 kg/m² (depending on tile size)
Precautions
- Do not apply below +5°C or above +35°C.
- Due to its rapid-setting properties, the pot life is 25–30 minutes.
- Do not apply where there is a risk of freezing.
- Do not add water or powder to expired or hardened mortar.
- Use only unopened bags.
