What is MAPEI ULTRACOLOR PLUS?
MAPEI ULTRACOLOR PLUS is a high-performance, cement-based grout developed for joint widths ranging from 2 mm to 20 mm. It can be safely used with ceramic, porcelain, glass mosaic, and natural stone coverings.
Thanks to its rapid-setting and fast-drying formulation, areas where it is applied can be put back into service in a short time. Its DropEffect® technology provides water-repellent properties, while BioBlock® technology helps protect against mold and fungal growth. The special anti-efflorescence formula prevents the formation of salt deposits on the surface, preserving color consistency and appearance.
Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, on floors and walls, it provides a long-lasting, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing solution, especially in wet areas.

Application Instructions
Before application, grout joints must be clean and dry. Mix the product with the recommended amount of clean water according to the technical data sheet until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Apply the prepared grout diagonally into the joints using a rubber float. Before the grout begins to set, clean the surface with a damp sponge. After full curing, the surface can be polished if necessary.
