Product Description and Technical Structure

Technobit Carisma Proof is a double-reinforced waterproofing membrane manufactured from SBS-modified elastomeric bitumen. Available in 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm thickness options, it provides solutions suitable for different project requirements.

Thanks to its combination of polyester felt and glass fiber reinforcement layers, the membrane offers high mechanical strength together with excellent flexibility.

The top surface can optionally be produced with a mineral stone coating or PE film coating depending on the application requirements.

Application Steps

1. Surface Preparation

The substrate must be clean, dry, and smooth. Dust, loose concrete particles, and surface contaminants must be completely removed.

3. Membrane Installation

The roll membrane is positioned, and the PE film layer on the underside is heated with a torch flame to bond it securely to the substrate. Care should be taken to prevent air pockets during installation.

4. Joint Areas

A minimum 10 cm overlap should be provided, and all joint areas must be properly heat-welded to create complete waterproofing continuity.

5. Protective Layer
